Engagement Photography, Hamilton NY | Jimmy & Caity

So I actually talked with Caity's mom, Nancy, a short time before I was able to talk to Caity as she was scouting out local photographers to work with for her daughters wedding...I think Nancy and I talked for an hour or better about everything under the sun! I was so thankful for this conversation though as it lead to me being becoming an approved photographer for the Farmers Museum in Cooperstown, NY.

Caity followed up with me a month or so later and we got things in motion to work together! When I finally met Caity and Jimmy a few weeks ago at Caity's parents house, they were pretty relaxed and ready to roll for their engagement session...what a beautiful spot!

We shot around the lake her parent's house is on and then moved on to Colgate University. I made a weird request to stop at the athletic facility at the end to pull off a couple cool shots using the metal building. I am sure they were like, WHAT? But I truly love those images of the two of them! (see last two shots below)

I CANNOT wait for their wedding to take place at the end of this month. These two and the Farmers Museum..I couldn't ask for more! Enjoy!
