Julian & Leah | Wedding Photography| Oneonta, NY

We met across from Huntington Park, Julian and Leah surrounded by their family, all of them ready to get the day underway! We started with family pictures and then moved to the Unitarian Universalist Society of Oneonta Church which is really just an extended part of Julian and Leah's family.

They never left each others side, they even walked each other down the aisle. The ceremony was filled with tear wiping and at times hysterical laughter.

Their reception was held at the Foothills in Oneonta and was beautifully decorated with red and black. My biggest memory from the day were the speeches that Julian and his brother gave. I was actually sobbing at one point and had to catch my breath as I was shooting. In fact I even think Leah caught a glimpse of me as I was trying to regain my composure!

Julian and Leah, thank you so much for reaching out to me and having me be part of your day. I wish you many many years of happiness and laughter. I can't imagine you will have trouble with either! :-)

Sean & Dan | Wedding Photography | Basilica Hudson, NY

The bed was laid out with  all of the fine details Sean and Dan had chosen to wear on their wedding day. It was just the two of them, the room was bright and stirring with a quiet excitement. They encouraged each other with sentiments and loving gestures. I was in awe of how they just "fit" together. No stress, no anxiety, just love and happiness.

Sean and Dan wanted the day to be not just about them, but all of their friends and family who have been right along side them through their relationship and now again on this magical day. 

Their ceremony and reception took place at the Basilica Hudson in Hudson, NY. I had caught a glimpse of it during the e-session but nothing had prepared me for how unique this venue is. The Basilica and Dan and Sean's taste collided into an enchanted place where dreams do come true.

I leave you now to look back at a jaw dropping day! Dan & Sean, you may not know it but you taught me an incredible amount about myself during our time together. I can't thank you enough for putting your trust in me. You are two very incredible people who deserve a lifetime of good fortune and happiness!
