Wedding Photography, Cooperstown NY | Jessie & Chad

Jessie and I had made good old McDonalds our regular meeting place for updates and planning sessions for their wedding photography. She is a girl who knows what she wants...IPad and all in hand we knocked out the schedule and prepared for this amazing day! And amazing it was...

It was a beautiful day at the Otesaga Hotel in Cooperstown, NY for Jessie & Chad's wedding. The weather, the sky, the location...things couldn't have been more perfect. I absolutely loved working this wedding because I was given TIME, yes time with Jessie alone, time with the bridal party, time with Jessie and Chad...it was lovely. It was amazing what we were able to accomplish!

I had a short but awesome bridal session with Jessie before having her bridesmaids meet us on the side steps for some more gorgeous pictures of them together. Then I even got time to get all the guys inside for a great formal pic (has to be one of my favorite guy pictures to date!).

I loved that Chad was so emotional and nervous, I saw it in his eyes that he was ready for Jessie to be his wife. So touching...

The ceremony; let me just say perfection...that sums it up and it continued through the evening. I was so happy that we were able to get some golf carts on stand by so we could drive the happy couple out to the golf course for some intimate sunset portraits...my favorite part of the day I must admit! I highly recommend to all of my brides or to any brides and grooms...take this time for the two of you. You will wish you had in the end if you don't and if you do you will cherish these few moments of just the two of you during the evening and have lasting images to remember it by.

Jessie & Chad, thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of your day and for sticking with me and trusting me with one of the most important days of your life! Without further words... here are some highlights of the wedding of Chad & Jessie Welch! Enjoy!

The baseball...I absolutely loved this idea especially since the groom just happens to be a little bit of a fan of the sport!

The custom guest book that Jessie designed with photos from the engagement session I did with them was AMAZING to say the least... great job Jessie!

Stunning...

My favorite from my time with Jessie... :-) She belongs on the cover of a magazine!

He was holding back the tears...

Perfection...

These girls were awesome to work with and looked beautiful in their gowns...

Love this picture...and yes we had to do it twice as a member of the grooms party to be unnamed went absent during the first attempt! :-) I was actually happy though because they rocked the second one even more than the first!!

This was fun...don't worry Jessie & Chad, there's more formal ones in your gallery!!!!

Love!

Our little bit later than sunset session... about 20 minutes tops and man did we cover a lot of ground in a short time!

I love this one of Jessie and her dad...so emotional.

Finally, we end with a little partying...ok did I say a little? There was a lot...end of night dance pictures were awesome! Don't forget wedding guests, get the link from Jessie and Chad (when I give it to them!) and you can download images for free!

That's all she wrote!!!

Wedding Photography, Oneonta NY | Kate & Nick

A year ago when Kate and I sat in the same coffee shop but at different tables, not knowing that each other was there to meet the other...I sat there thinking, "Please let this be her!" and it was...lucky me and lucky Nick!

The afternoon started at Kate's MOH's house where all of the girls were getting ready for the celebration that was ahead. Kate couldn't have been happier and more relaxed as can be seen in the first image of her below :-).

From there the group headed over to Hunt Union Ballroom at SUCO where the ceremony and reception would be held. The deck is an awesome spot to get married, the guests were pleasantly shaded and the view is amazing overlooking the pond and fountain.

The rest of the evening went off without a hitch and of course the hit of the night was the photobooth...once it started it was like a virus! Raegan Reed of the Cardio Club (also the Matron of Honor) won the gold medal for the most images in the booth and her husband Travis Reed wins the Gold for the best leap through the prop. Some of my favorites from the booth are included in this post...just couldn't help but put a few in here.

Congratulations to Nick and Kate, may your future be so bright that you ALWAYS need to wear shades!
