Allison & Jared | Wedding Photography | Ocean City, MD

Allison called me many months ago and asked... "would you be willing to come to Ocean City to photograph my wedding?.   I do not specialize in destination weddings but something felt so right about tagging along that I could only say "Absolutely!".

That afternoon Allison's aunt's house was stirring with the girls getting ready for the big moment. Her dress was hanging in a spot that had become tradition in the household, and it couldn't have been more perfect. Allison was beaming with anticipation but with a steady calm that was charming. She knew she was about to marry the love of her life.

Jared was standing at the alter glancing towards the back of the church as often as possible to see if his bride to be was in the doorway, and then she was. It was a beautiful ceremony with Allison and Jared surrounded by family and friends who travelled from all over to support them on their most special day.

The reception took place at the scenic The Lighthouse Sound golf course. A quaint golf course situated on the banks of amazing wetlands which the course works extremely hard to preserve. It is actually the home of the longest golf cart bridge in the US, spanning 1500 feet and yes I did drive over it!

The backdrops for Allison and Jared's portraits were limitless, it was hard to choose but I think we did it justice!

Allison and Jared, I appreciate your trust in me and all of the magic you created in front of my camera the past few months. It is an experience I will certainly remember for a very long time! Here's to you and happily ever after!
